At Sukusi (by Aumbience), we want your gifting experience to feel as good as receiving the hamper itself. Since each box is carefully prepared on order, here’s how cancellations, refunds, and replacements work:
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation
A. Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. No cancellation charges — simple and stress-free.
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately at:
aumbiencedeco@gmail.com - Post 12 hours, your order is already in process and cannot be cancelled.
B. After Shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Customisation & Changes
You may request a return if:
- Our hampers are made-to-order with certain numbers and requirement
- Customisation is available for bulk orders (10 pieces or more).
- Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, and are subject to feasibility.
3. Returns
- We follow a strict no-return policy.
- As our hampers may include food items, candles, glass, and other delicate or hygiene-sensitive products, returns are not accepted for safety and quality reasons.
- Items on offers and discounts or Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
4. Refunds & Replacements
- We’ve kept this simple and fair — we offer easy refunds/replacements in case of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
To process this: An unboxing video is mandatory (start recording before opening the package). Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted. Once verified, we will:
Issue a refund (based on the situation)
or offer a replacement
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Once your order is shipped, we take responsibility for ensuring it reaches you.
- However, in case of courier delays, we request your patience as these are beyond our control. For exceptional delays:
- For bulk orders, we may offer a resolution.
- For other orders, we may provide a discount on your next purchase or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds can be issued to:
- Your original payment method, or
- As store credit (if preferred)
- Refunds are processed within 4–5 business days after approval
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
