Every Sukusi box is put together by hand after you order. That’s why our policy is short and a little strict, but always fair. Placing an order means you agree to it.

1. Cancelling an order
- Within 12 hours of ordering: free cancellation. WhatsApp or email us with your order number.
- After 12 hours: your box is already being made, so we can’t cancel it.
- After it ships: we can’t cancel it.
2. Changes & customisation
- Ask for changes within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll make them if we can.
- Custom or personalised hampers are available on bulk orders of 10 pieces or more.
3. Returns
We don’t accept returns. Our hampers can include food, candles, glass and other delicate or hygiene-sensitive items, so we can’t take them back once they’re delivered. That also covers:
- Products bought on offer or at a discount
- Gift cards
- Customised or personalised products
4. Damaged or wrong items: we’ll make it right
If your order arrives damaged or has the wrong item, we’ll replace it or refund you, depending on what happened.
- Please record an unboxing video. Start recording before you open the package. We need this video to approve a claim.
- Send the video and your order number on WhatsApp (+91 88823 07601) or to hey@sukusi.in within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Delivery delays
After your order ships, we stay with it until it reaches you. Courier delays sometimes happen and are outside our control. If a delay is unusual:
- Bulk orders: we’ll work out a solution with you.
- Other orders: we may give you a discount on your next order or a partial or full refund, depending on the case.
6. How refunds are paid
Once we approve a refund, we pay it within 4–5 business days, either to your original payment method or as store credit if you’d rather have that.
7. Haven’t received your refund?
First check your bank account again, then contact your bank or payment provider. If it’s still missing, WhatsApp us at +91 88823 07601 or email hey@sukusi.in and we’ll sort it out.
